Input parameters

On uploading your files, a preview will be available for review. The normalized and unnormalized file must contain a column with protein names and the remaining columns should be intensities corresponding to samples as listed in the annotation file. The anotation file should contain columns to correct for batch-effect, a biological experimental group in which you want to retain variation, and a column with sample names that match the normalized/unnormalized file. Each of these columns can be specified in the menu on the left panel after uploading the data files.
